Terms of Service

Analisa US organizes official public data (from the Census Bureau, CDC, BLS, EPA, FEMA, NOAA, USAspending.gov, SAM.gov, the FEC, Congress and other publishers) into maps, pages, rankings, alerts, reports and an API. Everything public is free to use. Paid plans add workflow features; they never unlock different facts.

We may add, change or remove features. When a change takes away something a paid plan includes, we tell subscribers in advance and you may cancel for a refund of the unused part of the period.

Every value names its source, vintage and period. We process the data carefully, but publishers revise and correct their data, and our processing can also be wrong. The service shows comparisons and patterns, not causes.

Nothing on the site is legal, financial, investment, tax, procurement or relocation advice. Check the original source before you rely on a value for a decision. AI-generated answers, summaries and matches can be wrong even when they cite sources; they say so where they appear.

You must be at least 16 to create an account. Keep your sign-in details to yourself; you are responsible for what happens under your account. An account is for one person; to work together, use a team.

A team's owners manage its members, seats and billing, and are responsible for the people they invite.

• Prices are in US dollars and exclude taxes; where VAT or sales tax applies, it is added at checkout and shown on your invoice.
• A plan is a subscription that renews automatically every month or every year, as you choose, until you cancel. Each period is charged in advance through Stripe, our payment provider.
• Team plans are billed per seat. Adding or removing seats is prorated on the next invoice.
• If a payment fails, Stripe retries it and your plan stays on for a short grace period; if it is still unpaid, your account returns to the free plan and keeps what you saved.
• We announce price changes at least 30 days ahead by email; they apply from your next renewal, and you can cancel before then.

You can cancel at any time from Billing & team → Manage billing. The plan stays on until the end of the period you paid for and does not renew.

14-day refund: if you are not satisfied, write to [email protected] within 14 days of your first payment for a plan, or of a yearly renewal, and we refund that payment in full. No reason is needed. After 14 days, payments are not refundable, except where the law requires it.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, this refund covers your legal right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days.

Use the service lawfully and fairly. In particular, do not:

• get around rate limits, quotas, plan limits or access controls, or use several accounts or keys to multiply them;
• publish or share API keys, or resell or share access to a paid account outside your team;
• disrupt or attack the service, probe it for vulnerabilities without our written permission, or load it with automated traffic beyond the published API limits;
• use the service to harass, discriminate against or profile individuals, or to break export, sanctions or procurement rules;
• upload anything you have no right to upload, or anything unlawful.

The public API and the MCP server are free to use within their published limits. We may block traffic or revoke a key that breaks these terms.

The data keeps its publishers' terms. Most of it is US government work in the public domain; some sources have their own terms (for example, Zillow data requires attribution, and the County Health Rankings releases have their own conditions). When you reuse data, credit its publisher and Analisa US.

The software is free software under the GNU Affero General Public License, version 3 or later, and its source code is published. These terms cover the hosted service, not your rights under that license.

What you upload or write (screening lists, profiles, alerts) stays yours. You let us store and process it only to provide the service to you.

We work to keep the service available and accurate, but we provide it “as is”, without a guarantee that it is uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or decisions made on the data, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time from the account page (cancel an active paid plan first). We may suspend or close an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; unless the breach is abuse or fraud, we warn first and refund the unused part of a paid period.

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts. Otherwise, the courts of Lisbon have jurisdiction.

Consumers in Portugal may also use the online complaints book (Livro de Reclamações) or an alternative dispute resolution entity, such as CNIACC — Centro Nacional de Informação e Arbitragem de Conflitos de Consumo (cniacc.pt).

If we change these terms, the date below changes. We email account holders about material changes at least 30 days before they take effect; if you do not agree, you can cancel and, for a paid plan, receive a refund of the unused part of the period.
